- Music therapists work in hospitals, mental health clinics, prisons and other locations where they can utilize music as a therapeutic means to improve patients' mental and physical health.
- An arranger uses his transcribing and composition skills to tailor music for vocalists and musicians. Arrangers work with bands, choirs and orchestras on tempo, volume and other musical elements to ensure that the music composition is expressed properly.
